Okay so first off, I think it is completly wrong to taser a 10 year old cause they don't want to take a bath. There are proably 100's of kids in the US that age that don't want to take a showere every night.

This had to of happened in Middle Of Nowhere, US. I'm sorry but there is no way in hell this would happen in a city.

I also love the fact that on Sankaku, not one place on there does it say that the officer helped the mother make the girl take a shower. But more the fact that before he Tazered her, she kicked him in the balls. This made me LMAO, and think " Well, No shit she got tazered. He was probaly annoyed he got called out there, and he gets kicked in the balls for it."
