BULBOL = Pubes
TARANTADO = (confused person) Dumb

"Leche", which means "milk" in Spanish, has become a weak expletive in Filipino, but with varying uses. In rural areas "leche" means semen, as in
may leche ka sa labi, a slang carried over from the pre-colonial period. Or as I've heard in gang fights "leche" means a ganged-up man-bitch. Or in the gay community (and the most popular connotation anywhere) "leche" is a word accorded to a person with
topak or has an unsavory personality.
Good list.
