Thanks! It took me about 3ish weeks to grow that. I keep nice and trimmed.

I knew I'd find you here fapping to his beard when I saw that picture! It was like "oh, a thick looking beard, I wonder if Laggi has seen it already" and a sec later I found you.

And since we're talking about beards here, I've been wondering do those products that make your hair grow faster and thicker work on beards? :o

I think that like 99% of those products are full of crap, but some of them have to work, because there has to be some other reason (than peoples stupidity) for why they sell so well. but yeah, a good way to get any hair to grow faster is cutting/shaving it as often as possible. Its a shame my bf doesnt listen me about that, his beard is really weak.

No it was my friends who was directing. Basically told me to do that thingy and act too.

it was actually about a guy who is very religious and is going through hard times since his friends are going to parties getting drunk and doing all bad things. I can show you the film if you guys want. But I'm a bit embarrassed about the film.

Cutting/shaving hair doesn't actually make it grow faster, although it does sometimes give the illusion.

Hair that's never been cut has a tapered end, but successive cutting makes the ends blunter (hence making the tip of the strand thicker), giving the impression of more growth. However, this method won't increase hair growth indefinitely, since once the width of the tip of the exposed hair reaches the width of the base (with most men this might be after 2-3 years of regular shaving, but YMMV), the hair has reached its maximum uniform width.

If that's true then why do I have to shave every morning then? Each time I shave, it becomes thicker :(

There are many questions in life one must answer for oneself, and "Why must I shave?" is not one of the more profound ones.

Like I said, shaving often makes hair slightly thicker, it just doesn't make it grow faster. How old are you? You may still be in the stage where your hair has not yet reached it's maximum width. One consequence of this width is that the hair becomes more visible before it even emerges from the skin, so the "clean-shaven" look may end even before the hair has extended out much.
