Once again sharing an image during my workout.
Do you even lift-... Oh.
If you don't mind telling us, what is your regular workout routine?
Do you want to know anything specific? I lift 5 days a week with upper body workouts on Monday, lower body workouts Tuesday, both(lower and upper) Wednesday and Thursday, and dead lift Friday. I also do around 200 pushups and 200+ abs everyday.
Question.
I used to do similar (push-ups and abs each day) until 2010, wherein I had an accident and had to cease all physical activity.
I recently tried to resume it, but I get some pretty intense lower-back pain whence doing sit-ups.
Any idea why?
