Dude thanks! I get a lot of crap from my coworkers about my Schecter, but it's an incredible guitar. I really like the passive pickups in it because I play classical in addition to heavy metal. I usually just put custom heavy strings on to compensate when I play metal, my string gauges right now are .60 .52. .36 .17 .13 .10 so I have a really low bottom end but the higher strings are thinner for solo'ing. Anyways in short I like my guitar even if a lot of people don't ^____^
/small guitar babble rant sorry haha I work at GC too damn much, I'm starting to embarrass myself >.

Never thought of using mixed string gauges. I use Ernie Ball Slinky on my Jackson. I don't like the excess scraping when I'm transitioning between chords (you can hear it A LOT when I'm on my Metal/Insane preset on my Line 6 Spider 2). I'd record a sample but I don't have a good program that can disable/suppress the excess fuzz when recording. Don't worry sister, I love guitar talk.

I learned the hard way that you should take piercings slowly and one by one as well. I have seven earrings on one ear and I had all of them at the same time. It gets increasingly painful and healing was a more tedious procedure as well, especially since they're all right next to each other. Even if one healed off the other ones would still cause the whole area to be oversensitive. These dermals are at least somewhat apart, haha.Oh goodness yes! It was just a piercing project with my piercer though, so instead of 450$ for 6 dermals, it only cost me 200$ so I said hell yeah.
Never again though, will I ever get more than two piercings at once O.o
