Long hair doesn't get perfect. You say that it looks healthy, but I assure you, it's not. It's now at the point where it really doesn't get any longer and is starting to get really frizzy. I do like it and I do want to keep it, but I still wonder if it wouldn't be better to cut off at least two thirds of it or something.

Personally, I would just try to match whatever basic style woman in said profession would do for their hair, so it'll vary.
