@ Ironytaken : LOL, thats not magic. pen and teller are illusionist right ? like chris angel or david blaine. Big difference there bro, hahaha. where I come from , they dont bother to "Edit" their videos so that other people believe them. u have to be open minded bro. it's like ur brain is refusing to accept anything from outside ur logic, hahaha....
okay, does reincarnation counts ? theres this article about a kid who used to live in this island in his previous life, I'll try lookin for it later...
@unsigned :
umm, I think the sightings about bigfoot are reportedly as hoax. the same as the gnome or fairy or Lochness sightings.
but I kinda believe in the parralel universe theory ur saying. like in the movie "the one" , by jet li. just love the concept of it.
Then let those people explain the demonstrable measurements for what they do.
I don't need to edit a video to do a trick. Most likely what you see in the video can be easily manipulated by anyone else if they new the trick behind it. I am open minded but I am also a skeptic of claims. Just showing me something does not prove anything.
You would have to be able to get it recognized by the scientific community through the peer review process. That is the process which roots out the facts from fiction.
Just because you yourself don't understand how they do it doesn't mean it's magic or some mysterious force. It could be something purely natural that you have no idea about. Or it could be a simple trick that you do not see.
If Pen and Teller never said they were just performing trick and tried to pass of what they do as magic they could fool a lot of people too. They don't edit their videos at all and if you didn't know it was a trick you would probably believe it was magic too.
The things that separate fact and fiction is evidence.
Empirical, testable, verifiable, evidence. It has to be explained and measured in a demonstrable way.
So far I see nothing of that so I leave it as unproven, like any logical person would.
