Why this one have minus posts???

Because that user had a low post count and was then posting in IB. In IB your post count does not rise. Due to some events some threads were deleted which had that user's post and their deletion caused his post count to drop. Unfortunately for that user, the amount of posts deleted was higher than the posts he had before the deletion, causing him to have a negative post count.

Lesson learned, don't live in IB. You will suffer from post debt.

Lesson learned: Don't be lazy when programming in a sub-board that doesn't raise your post-count =p

That's weird...

can you get demoted from elder or elite by losing post count?

Not sure but I think its highly unlikely that someone will lose 500 or 1000 posts all at once.
