Kinda what I was thinking. You can't really be pansexual and have a preference for a certain gender. It's a bit more acceptable for a bisexual to have preference, but pansexuality by definition means a love for all regardless of gender and what genders represent. *shrugs*
I think the distinction between bisexual and pansexual is pretty stupid anyway. It just sounds like people that are somehow afraid of saying they're "bi" or that prefer the pretentious sound of "pan". Pansexual just means "all" sexes whereas bisexual means "both". Well since they're are two sexes, "pan" and "bi" mean the same thing here. It's like saying "I'm not ambidextrous, I'm pandextrous". I do also notice that, like Aki-chan here, people that say they're "pansexual" also do centre on a certain gender, ironically.
