Dunno since when its back but it resets 24 hours AFTER you repped, so if i rep you on 20:20 i cant do it again till 2 december 20:20. System probably will take some time to identify and stuff so expect 20 extra min of waiting.

probably because he's new and it's not that big a deal... It's not like he has close to 850 posts and still makes terrible threads or anything.

Well I'm sure if he had 850 posts people wouldn't give him negative reputation. People don't give people with higher post counts fucking negative reputation its annoying ;_;

I recieve negative reputation but it quickly gets back up. Its a mircale I've stayed at -6 for ten minutes

I've always been fairly composed. Have I done something to make you think otherwise in the past?
I think I have perhaps calmed down on the whole "calling noobs out" issue but I've always been fairly calm and reasoned I believe.
