Lol, i agree with you on that. Songs these days are stupid and pointless, for they all talk about the same shit. But when a good song comes out it usally goes unnoticed because it is original in its way, and people hate things that are different than what they are used to.

Type O Negative - I Don't Wanna Be Me

It's cool, it's just that this is supposed to be for reccomending music, so having a song by the artist helps immeasurably.

They're a fairly popular yet mostly underground band, though most people that hear them more than once eventually become rabid fans. If you like rock you'll like Clutch, if you want your music to be emotional, you best not look here, this music isn't that kind, simply put, it's music for music lovers.
To give you an example of their longevity, A Shogun Named Marcus is circa 1993, while Burning Beard is from 2005 and Electric Worry is from this year. And if you're really lucky, you'll be able to hear the band's evolution through each of the songs. I would put the last two in order, but I'm lazy.
