Got some longchamps for my Tamiya tt-01d Drift rc car :D
Got some more wheels, some tyres, an entire alloy upgrade kit, and a diff coming for it... Loving this hobby. Next up will either be a new 8.5t~ brushless engine, or a new body, in which I'll paint myself (probably an eg civic hatch) and paint in the same colour as my civic. Then next shells after that will be a new 86 (or brz) and either a subaru legacy, or a cefiro a31 (if I can find one)
Current shells:
Rx-7 beater (One pictured above... Not the best photo I had, but it was the only one I uploaded)
Bug eyed wrx (Not a huge fan of the bug eyes, but eh. it looks nice. decent paint job)
Ae86 levin bosozoku kinda looking shell. Kinda a beater

Got my alloy bits, and new diff 'n' shit.
Need new front axles though, since they keep falling out... and that's fucking annoying. Keeps getting locked on right full lock. Did try it rwd, but it kept spinning.
Parts I need now:
-New faster servo
-Front drive shafts

-Postless mount

Went to gamestop to buy Monster Hunter 3, and reserve Bioshock, and they actually had Last Story in stock, so i bought that too. Then i got 3 posters 1 for reserving Destiny, 1 for reserving Assassin's Creed Black Flag, and a god of war poster for free because they had extras... 3 nice posters for 10 dollars... hell ya. My quest to line my entire room with posters is getting even closer to its end!

More rc updates, yoooo
New wheels and tyres came:
Esc cracked the sads, so a friend lent me his.
And engine wire also snapped off, so I re-soldered that, and now the engine runs like 52x better :|
Got the trigun glasses (turned out to look like john lennon, lolwut)
Other fun things on the way; I'm saving up for two 2door civics like mine (1978 and 1976 iirc) both have blown headgaskets, but both are in decent condition apparently. Keen to get them, and fix them up, so I can take mine off the road, and build it up :D

It is tonnes of fun, but can get quite expensive... I've spent like $700 already, and I've only had it about a month. Still have yet to buy a better motor, and a better front diff to equal it out. Still, rc drifting is crazy fun :D

Depends on what you break. I've had an esc go, which a friend lent me his (would have cost $35 for a new one) and a friend had his front axles snap. another broke a body from people running into him. Anothers accelerator got stuck on, and he broke his mounts running into a wall at top speed. We've all had small issues, nothing major, thankfully...
But yeah, depending on what you break, it can be expensive
