Yeah, exactly what I felt, unfortunately there are two girls in my class who are pretty much like this. They're less annoying but enough to make me go mad.

I tried... I really tried... But I got to the 0:40 mark and had to stop it. One of the most annoying voices I have EVER heard. Worse than English voice actors for Happy Lesson (if you watched it in English you know what I'm talking about).

Saw this on 4chan a while ago. And I laughed. This sort of thing is why most people see American anime fans as a joke. And a large portion of what makes anime cons hilarious.
