^ Nice work, It's pretty irritating to take pics outside because of the wind and stuff. Just a piece of friendly advice if you don't mind, I don't really like the way you did the red parts it looks a little messy, and you could work on your finishing a bit, anything else it looks fine in my eyes.
Also finished my works today so here they are. I hope you like them.
MG Turn A Gundam
Not much to tell about this guy, except that it’s a very amazing kit despite it’s not so much accepted design and simplicity in the building process.
It’s a very “efficient” model if you ask me. Though I had to scratch build a new joint for one of the skirts because it broke, I’m quite happy that it holds.
Paints used include Pylox Angel White, TOA Red, Bosny Dark Grey, TOA Dark Grey and Pylox Yellow, finished with Mr. Hobby Flat.
I’m still disappointed with my work about the rifle though.

XM-10C Flint Custom “Amethyst”
I don’t really make customs, but I just don’t want this kit to go to waste. It was a perfectly fine snap built Crossbone until it figured into an accident some years back along with other kits. I eventually bought a Full Cloth to replace it though.
Anyways, just made some mods to make it look like the XM-10 Flint from the Crossbone Gundam manga, but retaining a few things from the Crossbone to give the impression of a “high spec grunt”.
I rarely document my WIPS, so here are some of the salient points of the build:
1. Since the skull relief for the head crest went missing, I just used a bit of roof sealant and sanded it; I also cut the V-fin in half and glued one half on the left side of the head. Furthermore I glued shut the face plate and sanded it down to resemble the Flint’s. Also sanded down the “scars” of the original Crossbone head.
2. Used roof sealant on the long chest radiator/vent on the chest and sanded it down.
3. Covered up and sanded the area in the knees that required the dark navy blue parts.
4. The barrel for the original buster gun went missing too, so I had to scrounge up some parts to compensate, I glued together what was left of the original buster gun and used the “flint lock mechanism” to be able to attach the new parts to the zanber handle.
5. Added an extra weapon for the left arm from Kotobukiya, named the “Impact Edge”. I was kind of lazy to deal with the long seam on the main body, so I just scribed it in deeper to make it look like an embedded panel. Also got an extra part from the clear parts of the 30th Anniversary MG God Gundam, so that the weapon could accommodate a beam blade. It looks like the Banshee now, really ^_^
Paints used include Pylox Light Violet, Pylox Angel White, TOA Flat Black, TOA Yellow, TOA Silver, Mr. Hobby Clear Yellow and Bosny Dark Gray finished with Mr. Hobby Flat. The Silver parts are finished with Wipe and Shine.
I think it looks fairly decent, but I’m still a bit disappointed, the last minute the hand guard for the zanber had a small crack (I reckon it’s because I applied too much pressure on it from the many times I stripped/sanded it due to the failed paint jobs) and the legs are pretty loose now even though I didn’t even play with it much and it didn’t even come in contact with corrosive materials.
Of course C and C’s are welcome, and as per usual please pardon the sub-par pics XD
edit: just noticed the dirt on the left skirt, good thing I cleaned it off without a hitch
