Well, if I had to pick one or the other, I'd say I like them smaller.
But I don't look at just that. A girl's bust is just part of her, and no proper man (or woman for that matter, if you're one of those types of girls :P) should judge a girl on that alone.

I don't really have a preference when it comes to size, but huge ones tend to sag and I can't really say that I like the sagging look. With that said, I'm ok with any size as long as the shape is nice, looks natural, and doesn't sag too much. However, I think I find small ones really cute, kissable, and suckable...not that big ones aren't cute/kissable/suckable...
Maybe I really do have a slight preference for smaller ones, but I don't discriminate. There are more important things about a woman than her breasts.

But overall I prefer larger breast IRL but smaller ones in anime because it's more relatable to me.
It doesn't matter though, boobs are indeed boobs, and though the big ones make the nicest pillows, tiny ones have their own youthful innocent charm when on a fully grown woman.
My only major turn off for boobs are reduce loudly large ones where they weigh as much as the character on screen... And I don't like it when their nipples are huge round pink things with a tiny dot in the middle either. I prefer smaller nipples. If I can see your nipple coming up above the bra that actually covers decently then that is a turn off for me.

I prefer breasts no larger than size C. I prfer C and smaller because I enjoy fitting most of a girl's chest in my hands when I cup them. I have this thought in my head that smaller ones are more sensitive as well, and I enjoy playing with them.
