I'd give North Korea anime. I'd keep the current American governmental system. Then I'd give unlimited unrestricted visas between China and the US - going both ways.

I'd get rid of all free porn, as well as shutting down all websites which offer anything for free, including online streaming. And if a user on a website posted licensed material, be it an image or a clip from everyone's favourite TV show, I ain't giving the owners of the website a warning, the entire website is going down permanently and I'm suing the owners out the arsehole. To make sure that nobody else is downloading anything they haven't paid for, I'd also make all ISPs track every one of their customers' internet usage, and take anyone to court who I deem a pirate and bleed them dry of every last penny they have as well.

Of course, I need the power to do so legally, so I'd take it to the big guys who can, and I'm going to do it all in total secret, while trying to make sure that the media don't catch wind of it.


Well it's either that or plant bombs big enough to reduce every power station in the world to rubble, and set them all off at the exact same time, plunging the world back into the Dark Ages. Think a little more carefully. The internet basically IS something for free. By cutting off access to anything free, we're not only depriving them of the real reason they go to the web for, but we'd still charge them for using it anyway. Destroying the net would just put everything at a standstill. Where's the fun in that?

Define chaos. The stuff about free porn and changing internet stuff is just an extension of trolling and recent internet legislation.

If you want to see chaos, remove all the petrochemical supply and reserve.
