Usually I just say that I will eat your dog, but some people don't have one, so I'll buy it for them. Go to one of those child care centers, then when one of those little kids with a drawing tries to show you his drawing, rip it to pieces and tell him it sucks like hell. One of my favorites, tell a kid that he/she's an accident or something to that extent, so simple and effective.

I would somehow get my hands on a sniper rifle, then somehow plant bombs in three buildings that are next to each other. So here's the plan. I would hide my self somewhere with a good view of the streets in front of those buildings. Shoot a few random motherfuckers then wait for the ambulances and the cops to come. Then I would detonate the building next to which the cops are standing and wipe some of them out then shoot some survivors. Next, there would be S.W.A.T. cars all over and they would be trying to find the origin of the shots.(I got teh Silencer) I would blow up the next two buildings at the exact same time time just to fuck with them a little more and to take their attention away from easily locating my current position. I would kill some more bitches and maybe take out the helicopter that's most likely flying in that location. I would then place my sniper rifle in a suit case and detonate it after leaving my hiding place with the excuse that I was sleeping?
This idea may sound at first not as bad as some of the shit that others said but just think about the agony and the psychological torture that the survivors and the families of the deceased have to go through while the killer is still free.

I kno that. All I used them for is to crowd around the scene of the crime and then I kill them off with the buildings collapse or the explosion.
The main problem would be S.W.A.T. They're nothing like police, much harder to deal with.
