Saw it friday afternoon, left the theaters a little mixed.
Some things were fucking awsome (the fights were spectacular), others made me cringe (mostly the completely out of place campy humor)
I would like to see what you guys opinons were on the movie.

uh... I can't say I really saw it, but I know how the movie goes. They tried to cram the sandman in there too much, and Venom never actually introduced himself, now did he? I didn't like how the movie was really... Oh, and how the black suit was just like his old suit where he could take it off and stuff? BAD. it was cooler when the suit was always there and it could change into different clothes.

Ya, they tried to shove way to much into the movie. I don't know if it's because it's suppose to be Sam's last spiderman, or what, but eep. Venom felt almost forced into the movie just cause they wanted him. Heh, I keep looking at my watch, wondering when Vemon was going to appear.

I think thats Toby's last time as spiderman read some interviews of him expressing that he want to pursue more dramatic roles rather a fictional character and there will be a new director if there IS any future sequels. Didn't see spiderman 3 skipped it but heard its wicked so I'll probably dl torrents :P

I thought it was pretty meh. I agree that they tried to shove too much into the movie. Also, they didn't portray Venom very well...not to mention the name Venom was never even mentioned in the movie. Lame.

Before SpiderMan 3 did come out wasn't the ultimate Spiderman (game) a little taste? Then they don't mention his name at all >_>

ultimate spiderman? that game sucked in my opinion. it was completely... un-spiderman like. he's a high school kid and Venom is a creation of man. not to mention Venom in that has bigger muscles than any Venom you've seen, and Eddie Brock is a bag of bones who looks like a drug addict.

ya heard after making the first spider man movie toby was only signed for 3 movies. and i was disappointed because venom died to easily, didn't see him in action that much and his tongue was to small, i mean come on thats one of venoms characteristics his long huge ass tongue!!
