i kinda was like that, but after awhile its like a daily or so routine. it will become a lifestyle. and it preps you for the real stuff. Live it, Love it, Like it.

I do understand your problem. If you believe temptation and indulgence to be bad, you don't have to give in to it. That's why religions exist. Most of promote not giving in. Like Buddhism.
