I'm sure we have some fans somewhere.

Wimbledon coming up, and the sad news is that Nadal has just pulled out to recover from a knee injury. It makes things interesting though, as Murray comes out of Queens as second favourite to win, and a Murray - Federer final could be an epic. Of course there's a lot of competition with Djokovic, Roddick etc...thoughts, bets, opinions?

Don't really follow up on the sport itself, but I'm a decent player of tennis for sure. Prince of Tennis rocks as well.

federer is going to win yet another wimbledon title. i dont think roddick is going to be much of a match... from what i saw murray is playing pretty well. how about sharapova losing to that hot girl from argentina?!

She's got nothing on Ana Ivanovic. :P

This is my opinion for Wimbledon '09:

Odds for Federer winning: 91%
Odds for Murray winning: 5%
Odds for Djokovic winning: 3%
Odds for field winning: 1%

Tennis is so predictable (at least when Nadal isn't even playing). If Nadal plays it is almost a guarenteed Federer vs Nadal final. I wish some other players would fkin step up to the plate and compete with those two.

Ivanovic is hot but I like Gisela Dulko (Argentina) and Nicole Vaidisova (Czech Rep.) more. 8)

Murray didn't have a hard opponent today, but he produced some stunning tennis. I won't say he's guaranteed to reach the final but it's the easiest route he could have hoped for, and I think on this form he could put up a really good challenge. The old boys Hewitt and Roddick will be really interesting in the run up to the final too, mind.

That was one fucking epic Wimbledon final !
Somewhat sad about Roddick. He played the match of his life and could have won if his nerves/concentration held up.

Roddick is on a comeback, I think he played one of the greatest games of his life. I think that is the best tennis match I ever seen.
