Thanksgiving: favorite food?

What is your favorite Thanksgiving food item? You know, that one dish that can make or break the holiday for you. In my case, it's candied yams. You know: yams, brown sugar, butter, marshmallows. YUM. I made it once with chocolate (ala the Garfield's Thanksgiving movie from my childhood) but it didn't taste nearly as good.
As a bonus, it's easy to make so I don't have to slave over it all day like certain other foods.

I personally find candied yams to be disgusting, but know many who like them. My great-grandma makes an amazing chicken pot pie and these weird butter cookie things, it's what I look forward to the most.

My favorite Thanksgiving food is probably the french stuffing my mom makes. It's basically mashed potatoes, onion, sausage and some various seasonings. Very very tasty.

My moms stuffing, it's probably the basic stuffing recipe though. But it's so damn good! lol

i've never had thanksgiving dinner in my life so, naturally, i don't have a favorite food. i do want to know what turkey tastes like, i have a feeling it'll be like duck.

The Turducken is the most delicious of all thanksgiving foods. In all food categories is one of the most gluntonous of all foods.

Stuffing is always the best, followed by Mashed Potatoes and Deviled Eggs. But ever since that one topic came up, I have wanted to try Turducken. Damned be whomever started that topic. >_>

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving either, but I ate over my friend's house and it was delicious especially the mash potatoes with homemade sour cream and one of the best pumpkin pie I've ever had.

Yorkshire Pudding, which is a bread dish served with gravy. But it has 3 sticks of butter in it, so you know it has to be good.

Turkey is actually more like chicken then duck. Personally I'm not a big fan of duck aside from beijing duck on occasion.
