Personally I think Dalton, Daniel Craig shouldn't even be counted as a Bond.

Whatever one my father prefers, he knows the series far far more than I would ever do.

Honestly I'd have to say Sean Connery, due to the fact that I rather enjoyed the good old movies, and the good old Bond movies where SPECTRE was running around trying to cause chaos etc and it was up to Bond to stop em' plus just the aura the films gave, I could easily sit threw 3hr of a Sean Connery Bond film over a Brosnan or Craig Bond film, (due to the massive amount of effects added in it).

As for other Bonds, George Lazenby...good thing he was only in one film, sadly it was the one where at the end Bond gets married?? yes, Bond married (now you know where they got that Austin Powers joke for the transition between 1 and 2 involving Vanessa)

Roger Moore, I did enjoy his work, he was a good actor, they just put him in the wrong Bond films...."Moonraker"....wow......but, "A View to A Kill," was great overall, prob because you got another well known actor as the Bond Villan Max Zorin (Christopher Walken)

Timothy Dalton, well done, but short lived, after seeing these last two I thought Bond films might have lost there appeal.

Peirce Brosnan, ah there might be hope, he definitely brought back something that was lost, but I still missed those good ol' Connery dialog moments with the antagonists, Brosnan just wasn't able to do that for me.
As for Craig,....i saw Casino Royale, and was somewhat unpleased and have yet to see the sequel?? to a Bond movie?....nano desu

Watched every single one of these movies ( Execpt the new ones which I doesn't count as ''bond'' movies ), and I realy never thought about who's the best actor :S.

I love the old ones with Sean Connery and consider him somewhat like the ''real'' bond.

Roger Moore, hmmm all I have to say that for some reason, his movies was the ones I've been watching the most over and over again.

Pierce Brosnan: Though I like most of the old ones more than the movies he featured in.. Goldeneye is my favorite of all the bond movies and I really think he was a good choice to transfer the Bond movies into the 21th centuary :wink:

Daniel Craig, Me'h..Don't get me started on this one, I consider Lazenby a saint compared to this guy...CHANGE! ( seriously he's a good actor, I admit.. But he just doesn't fit as playing ''Bond'' )

And the new movies...God I don't want all this drama and love, I want mindless actions with exploding cars...like the Bond movies allways contained.

I balanced you back out, and I'm considering it my good deed for the...year.

I voted Sean Connery, because he was the first, and what I would consider to be the essential, Bond. Pierce Brosnan would be a close second. He was the first Bond I actually saw, and was Bond when I was growing up, and I always thought he did a good job of it, even after seeing the other movies. He's also my second for best actor in general in the bunch, the first being Roger Moore.

Lazenby was fuken awesome. No other Bond made me rotfl that much. Those stiff ass dialogs and acting made it seem like a porno adaptation of Bond ... too bad it didn't have porn.

Anyways - Connery for me. Out of appreciation for classics and originals.

Pierce Brosnan for me. Because My dad took me to all of his movies.
