The inner, third eye

I'll be frank about this; I don't really care much about art. Even though I took art class instead of music, I never really had the "golden hand" of art, nor did I have the third, inner eye. When I see a painting, I see the colours and handstrokes, but I can't really tell what the artist wanted to tell us by drawing the painting; and I don't mean describing the painting, because even I can do that. Now comes my somewhat silly question to all of you artists. Do you have an inner eye, the ability to see through paintings? The source of all these thoughts was my english teacher who brought up the topic a year ago or so, and it made me think about it.

Personally, I must be blind, which is probably why I can't write a 3000 word essay on the impact of artwork like this:
Some might say that I'm shallow/simple because of it. Meh, maybe. I'm pretty sure suprematism and Malevich is worth several books on the subject, but, in my eye, I see a painting like that and think "the artist is trying to pass off shit, and woe be anyone who tries to suggest otherwise, for they'll be labeled as ignorant buffoons."

To me there is 3 kind of arts, one may have value, one have value, one is crap.
-There is those that don't know how to draw, they might improve and become~
-Those that know how to draw, their works is amazing.
-And there is those that vomit/pee/use a bird on paper and say ''It's *very moral thing name*'' bullcrap.
I can accept Picasso and such, because it's still look like something, but what fatman posted, just no.

well i don't really know about this inner 3rd eye stuffs. but if you are drawing figures or an object, u can always check rendition by viewing it from the back. if u have photoshop just flip the image horizontal.
at least that'll help u abit in getting to correct mistakes in proportions and such. at least even w/o 3rd eye u can still do it on ur own. :P
