Invisible gets my pick any day. I can think of many countless possibilities with that kind of power. Fly? Sure I dreamt of flying and levitating, but will it help me get chicks? No.

I'd choose flying, then fly so fast that I jump to the future, where they have perfected invisiblity! It's a fool-proof plan.

I'd pick invisibility, if I could control it, go from visible to invisible at will. Why, because you can do so much if your invisible, but if all you can do is fly then flying is pretty much all you can do.
