A nuclear holocaust could be pretty bad. Unfortunately, it seems the weapons necessary to cause one have already been developed. Hopefully it doesn't happen anytime soon though.

I would have to say being boiled alive, as in ye olde execution style 'pot over fire'. Temperature slowly rises, gradually scalding your entire body and stripping off your flesh...not nice.

Bleeding to death from a paper cut that won't heal. It would sting like hell, and you would slowly start getting more and more tired until you pass out and die.

OR get dumped into boiling water, start drowning, have people try to rescue you and they drown, then climb out, and trip over a rock and land on the random pencil that is sticking out of the ground that just happened to pierce your heart.

when you want to pee, someone's on the line, and when it's your turn, the janitor come and put a "cleaning sign", you're really in need to pee so, you search for another toilet but you can't find any and you're currently in the middle of a mall and really can't hold it out anymore, imagine all the stare and embarassment you'll get from that, and add to the fact, It's at a middle of a crowded mall <__<
