average rating of a pint of beer? ha, i think wine is the higher alcoholic beverage!
anyway, I think New York or Vienna would be nice. Prague is up there too. and for those of you going for Tokyo, I would really think about that, because there are a lot of downsides to living there, like Earthquakes, rental, and population

Vienna looks pretty amazing, at least the first image of it does. So did Tokyo, with all the shots of the city at night. Haha, new york city didn't make the list. That kinda surprised me..

I think whoever wrote this list is a little skewed. Chicago is not the best city to live in by a long shot. Though its not bad its not that great.
I find it funny that Seattle is not on the list. I had more fun when I visited Seattle than I ever did when I went to Chicago. Though to be fair I was in Seattle when the kingdome was demolished so that sort of trumps anything Chicago could ever do... so far.
