Like the new forums and all rep bb code etc. I rarely visit the forums regularly since i'm in space being an astronaut and all....

They're just numbers XD Is the rule once every 24 hours? It should be once ... ever. It can go either way. I mean, all you need is one dedicated hater to chop you down once a day.

This is true, but you have to assume that for every hater there is a lover who bumps you up once a day. But if I see anything getting abused it takes me all of 3 seconds to drop my hammer of administrative power. And if the refresh on giving rep is too fast I'll just make it longer.
