I like breast, but size is something I'm mostly indifferent to, as long as they're symmetrically placed and crap, I can find beauty in any size. :)

Real life is definitely different than porn.
In real life I like all sizes and focus more on non-physical attributes of a girl I am interested in dating. That being said I have dated girls with AA cups (DFC) and girls with F cups (Large / XXL, depending what you put in each category), as well as other sizes in between.
In porn I tend to go toward the larger end of the spectrum. Manga is all about how it is drawn; Well drawn medium or small boobs look better than poorly drawn large or XXL boobs, but well drawn large and XXL boobs can also be quite glorious. In live action porn I definitely gravitate toward larger works containing larger cup sizes (F cup and larger) as long as they are natural; Fake boobs don't look good (typically, and under clothing you usually can't tell if they are real or not). Ironically, many of my favorite porn stars tend toward the small / medium range of boobs.

Get that 'medium' crap outta here, maybe in real life, but not when it comes to anime and hentai life. If it wasn't for Orihime's big boobs, I wouldn't be looking at hentai to begin with. Anime girls with huge titties are a fantasy... it is something that isn't average for women in the real world, so, when I escape into the fantasy world, my eyes most certainly tend to crave the large and XL chested girls.

I've always preferred small to flat chest... I remember that preference started when I was a teen.... I wouldn't be surprised if it's because the girls my age were flat at the time... stuck with me. I'm not against big tits or anything, I enjoy them too of course. Hentai physics make huge to massive breasts more viable than real physics in my experience.
I hate that mainstream thinks flat/super small breasts immediately means "under-age"... I feel sorry for all the gorgeous women out there with naturally small breasts that have to deal with that prejudice/stereotype.

Like most here, I chose Medium since there wasn't an option to say "All of the Above". I personally am a practitioner of caring whats between the legs rather then what's between the arms.
