it hurt to cuz in my fam im the most u know "clean" when it comes to those type of thing so im like yo get the fuck outa here and dont go threw my wallet in the first place

word lol i had 1 once but i got rid of it..but before i did my friend(she is a girl) found it i was like....umm what the hell cuz i came into my room and she was just layin on my bed staring at it i was in aw of seein that
she was like "what?....." and i was like "how the hell are u reading that how u find and y u reading it???" she said "idk i just found it and it looks interesting.."
come to find out like a year later shes became very bi lol

but after i found her like that i just sat down and joined her lol

I hate when I have to work with my manager. I swear to god she likes me on my knees. She always has some shit work that involves me scrubbing something on the floor. Pisses me off.

*soothes Ziggy* What do you work as? Incase your work shouldn't involve scrubbing around on the floor I am sure you can sue her for making you do chores that aren't included in your contract.
Of course just telling her outright might be best. Maybe she wants to test you and see if you have the backbone to stand up and tell her clearly what you mean?
At least my boss in Denmark did that. She made me deal with the most annoying people to see if I could stand up to that. When I confronted her about it, she just said that I did well in telling her outright and dealing with the customers and promoted me.

EDIT: Or she might fire you because you talked back... that is another possibility :P

Nah, I've stood up for myself when I outsmarted her. I only work at subway "Eat fresh" and I know every trick to make the bill lower, and she caught me once and said I'd screw everything up and I explained why it wouldn't, and she just had her mouth opened and told me not to do it again.

She's just the type that if she catches you leaning she'll find something to clean. Usually I don't mind, but last time she actually told me to get on my knees and look underneath something. I hesitated cause I was trying not to scoff at 'get on your knees' but she kinda pushed her hands on my shoulders when I didn't get low enough. Pissed me the fuck off. Don't stand behind me and tell me to get on my knees.

I actually think you could sue her for that. At least here in Germany you would be able to get a nice fee out of her for doing that kind of stuff to you. Incase you have a witness that would testify for you, I would seriously consider it. She can tell you to clean down there, but pushing you down is a big no- go.

Nah, it's not like she shoved me to the ground. She just put a bit of weight onto my shoulders. Besides, I don't have the time, patience, or the money to sue. It's easier to get a new job.

Well, I won't meddle in your affairs, but still, I'd rather think about suing her and thus maybe sparing the one who comes after you when you have a new job, the same problems you had, than letting her continue that way.

As for the perspective from the law, just slightly putting weight on you, thus trying to force you to do something (i.e. with physical contact instead of words) is already a violation in most countries.

Though I don't know where you live, so I guess that it depends on the country with the amount of paperwork involved in a case before the law.

I live in the US, people can sue McDonalds for the fact they got fat with their food. I could make a case, but I'm too tired to really think about this issue further.

Well, I hope you'll find a better job. Can only hope for the best that you will find one quickly so you can get out of there.
Sorry for being so intrusive regarding the suing of your superior there, but there are few things I detest more than a girl being forced to do something by shameless methods like pushing one down etc.

i was wondering are the officials/supervisors more strict or more laid back in germany i only ask because my last supervisor was also a major dick.

It depends in which area and which branch you work. In the end, I can hardly generalize the supervisors here. I know from Denmark that the supervisors there are relatively laid back. As long as you get your stuff done and don't screw up, they leave you pretty much space for yourself.

EDIT: However, incase you pay a small amount each month to the fitting "employee protection" group for your branch, you can file them immediately incase anything happens at your work and their lawyers take care of it which reliefs you of 90% of the paperwork.
