Okay, if you want actual criticism then I'll give you my opinion and I'm not going to sugar coat it.
They look like they've been put together in paint.
The wallpapers look way too busy, too much is happening my eyes keep darting from one image to another.
They do not seem to have any direction in them, it just looks like the images were chucked onto the canvas.
Okay so how can you improve:
Get rid of the low resolution images, use high res images.
Focus your wallpapers so that you have only a few points of interest but only enough so that your eyes don't go darting all around the screen.
Acquire a decent image editing suit if you don't have one already (Paint.net doesn't count) Photoshop or GIMP will do just fine.
Read tutorials on how to make wallpapers and signatures for your chosen suit as the techniques you learn from one can be applied to the other.
Anyway there's my honest opinion.

well on that note i am somewhat UBER NUB with fireworks and Just to know are u familiar with Twisted Metal And Bandicoot And good luck finding High Res IMages >.> and it looks good when you background it anyway >.>

Fireworks? You mean your not using Photoshop. I've never seen people use Fireworks to make wallpapers...then again, I've never seen a Crash Bandicoot or Twisted Metal wallpaper till today.
