Video help Please :)

Here is my problem:

I am trying to get a video off of Youtube and somehow put it on a dvd. I have the ability to burn dvd's, but I don't know how to download the video from Youtube and convert it into a format the can be burned and played on a standard dvd player.

I need this because there is an old video of an interview that I can't find anywhere else. I need this video for a research paper, but I have to have a physical copy of all my references. So please!!!! Any help would be appericated. :)

Simply find some video downloader for the youtube videos. The vids will be in flv format so you'll have to convert them before burning. I wish I could be a little more specific but googling gets you very far. Also, look out for viruses and malware when looking for the youtube downloaders

Yeah, you can generally just find some on google. But I suggest scanning with an anti-virus before installing. Never know what happens. Then you got to convert it into a file so that it can be burnt onto a dvd. I believe that there is a program out there that does both at the same time. Not sure if I can find it again.

Well I can download the videos with real player, and it turns in into a flv file like you said. But I can't find ANY program to convert it with :(
