VOIP

Does anybody here use voip? I'm looking for a free service w/c I could make computer to cell phone calls.

I use VoIP quite often now, especially since Skype released on the iPhone.

Unfortunately, I don't know of any services that allows you to make phone calls free of charge. I think SkypeOut is the best service out there, in regards to quality compared to price.

for VoIP. If you want to contact any phone, that means one thing,
You have an agreement with the provider. And that also means you need a lot of money, so i think there is no free of charge if you want to call a phone.

I tried to use the gizmo project but it's services are not available in the Philippines. Imperial X, you mentioned that you use skype mobile. If a person were to download skype onto their phone would that person be able to make free skype to skype calls to a PC in the USA?

Yes. I know that the iPhone version allows that.

I use a real ISP VoIP provider. But it's only in my country, and it costs money. Not much though.

I'm the only one who falsely see "Anybody here being a VOIP Provider?".

And falsely answer the question also... Damn. (effect of study)
