I wonder if that first picture is trying to tell us something with the tissue box.

If I had one, I'll rather display it, rather than using it to sleep.
If I use it, it gets wrinkles, and dirty. once dirty its hard to clean it.

judging from an otaku point of view is simply no resistants to sleep with that, then again if it's my personal opinion then i would not sleep with that sheet cause to begin with i won't be able to sleep with that, and yeah to display it is better for me than sleeping with it.

It goes to show that there are all kinds of anime/hentai-related products out there in this huge market. I mentioned hug pillows in a previous thread, and now, the various companies are coming out with bedsheets. It would be interesting to see what new ideas will appear over the course of time.

Personally, I would get one of those bedsheets, only if Shinobu, Nodoka or Haruna is imprinted. :D
