^ Nope, probably that's not Batista. Batista's a huge muscular guy in frame, so probably that one's a bit medium to pass of as him ^_^ That size is more like Cena than Batista.

But if I'm wrong (like if they managed to fit Batista inside an Iron Man-esque suit the size of Tony Stark's) then so be it ^_^
