Since no one in this thread has actually given any advice, let me get right down to it.
First of all, there is little to no shading. Anime/manga usually isn't shaded as realistically as, say, a self portrait, but it does have some. There should be shading under the bangs, under her dress, neck, etc.
Their arms are too straight, and do not look like they would be in that postion realistically. You acutally use many straight lines where I feel they should not have been completely straight, such as the man's pants, his arms, and so on.
The vertical lines on the man's shirt don't follow the creases you drew, they just continue as though they hadn't been there.
Both wrists are at extremely uncomfortable angles, one I don't see anyone having their wrist in for any reason.
Your eyes look fan-fucking-tastic, I can really see the expression of your characters through them.
Sorry for nitpicking, but I feel people should not have everything sugar coated, and should have the right to know what the can improve on.

I really like how the dress looks. You should scan it onto your computer and trace over it (I really have no idea how to do this, but fodd3r has a bunch of tutorials posted).

if u have photoshop u can play around with the brightness and contrast settings and also the levels so that u can get rid of those greyish bg colour and have more solid black lines.

I agree with pretty much everything else said by TehMikuruSlave, but I feel this is a very important point. Your characters feel very rigid and drawing their arms with more of a curve would make it look much more natural (remember that our bodies are not simply hard flat edges and that there are muscles which give form). Also, be sure to work on drawing hands and don't hide them behind their backs just to avoid drawing them. You can only get better through practice!
My favorite part would definitely be the faces, as they give a nice cutesy look to the characters.
