What are the most exotic dishes you have ever tried?
For me one would be frog meat cooked in coconut milk and spicy chili. It's called "Maanghang na Ginataang Palaka". The next one is a dish I tried on my last travel to Thailand, it's called "Gaeng Som", a soup flavored with tamarind and palm sugar, packed with chunks of coarsely chopped cauliflower and large, meaty shrimp, and soup with finely ground fish flesh.

Actually I've had alot of exotic dishes, but langua tacos still trip me out on how good they are, and the fact that your eating a cow's tounge.

Grilled snake, fried frog legs, Lengua de Gato (Ox tongue with mushroom gravy), snails cooked in coconut milk (Kuhol or something). Forgot the others...

Mealworms, and if that doesn't count, Japanese. I don't travel much and don't go out eating much, so exotic meals never really get a chance to force their way into my diet.

Most exotic thing I've had is sushi. Most exotic sushi though would be the natto, burdock roots, and plum paste (and my American palate did not approve! Haha). But at least I try them, I just can't handle anything with a really strong flavor...

It's actually something of my own creation recently.
You need
Egg Roll Wraps
Daikon Radishes(Finely chopped
Tofu(silken)
Chinese Cabbage(finely chopped)
Miso soup
Mix the Daikon Chines Cabbage and Tofu together into a paste like substance then add a spoon full to the center of the Egg Roll Wrapper and then make a dumpling out of it. Then cook the dumplings in the Miso soup. Set them aside then ass mushrooms and Green Onions to the soup. Serve with Steamed Medium Grain White Rice. It's a good quick meal.

Smoked eel.... at first i did'nt want to touch it but damn when i tasted it i ate 3 long slices of it. i could'nt believe it was so good :D eels are exotic from where i am :D

Meh, nothing much. But by "exotic", I've tried mini-squids in chili sauce, raw fish and pickled herring.

Fuck. That Would Be That Fried Snake. My Brother Fooled Me To Eating That. Said It Was Something Before We Started Gobbling Up Foods. Frogs Are Good I Dont Find Them Exotic. They Do Taste Like Chicken After All.

I've eaten camel hump before... horse, alligator, and several types of snakes. They're all quite good if prepared right.
