Dictator (I think?) is forced out of leadership and instead of fleeing the country he barricades himself in an office. US Marines instead of wasting lives forcing him out, set up speakers and play some song with "Tree" in it at painfully loud volume for over a week till he surrenders saying, "Please turn it off" or something.
