What do ya'll know 'bout a GITS cd box?

I have been looking for this cd box for a while, and haven't seen many of them below the price of $100, which is quite a hefty price tag despite the fact that it has 5 OST's already available on the market, a bonus OST, and a 'tachikoma memory fragment' usb storage drive which has 256 mb of data space and comes pre-loaded with voice clip collection, wallpaper files, OST clips, commercials, and supposedly more unlisted things. I was hoping someone would know more about this and possibly where I can find it at a more realistic price...$100 and up my @$$.......

though i must say that $100 is a realistic price considering it has 5 OST's and you would normally -at least- pay $20 for each of those. I wouldn't count on finding anything under 100, but if I do find something, I'll let u kno ^_^

$20?!?!?!? Man, what the hell kinda place are you buyin' your OST's from? I get mine as high quality imports straight from the land of the rising sun and the most I have ever paid for any given CD is about $7-$10, plus the usual usps priority shipping cost. If I wanted to, I could get all 5 of the CD's that make up the box for considerably less that the prices I've seen it at, but I can't seem to find the bonus OST on any of those sites, and I sure as hell ain't gonna find that collectable tachikoma jump drive on any of my ususal sites. I also found a few of em for much less that 100 dollahs, they were on ebay of all places. Apparently two japanese CD shops have accounts on ebay and are selling this box sets for a measley $44.99, however they ship out of Japan itself, so it costs $16 for the international postage. One of them is going to end tomorrow it looks like and it says that it is a first press version, and I don't really have any idea what that means, but it sounds like it would be one of the first ones made. So now all I have to do is figure out where in the hell I'm going to get 61 dollahs from, and I'm good. d(^.^)b Thumbz up!!

i just cited the last that i paid for an ost, normally i prefer to dl them unless i -really- liked the anime/game since i just slap it onto muh ipod.

Don't we all comrade, don't we all. Still figuring out how to get ahold of one in the near future. I am an avid collector of anime cd's, most notably boxed sets for the bonus features that normally accompany them. Actually I don't really collect them, I just buy 'em, load em onto my 160 gig ipod, and then shelve 'em for when I want to go through the little booklets that come with them. As far as finding the ones on ebay for 61 dollahs, I have just this to say; Hallelujah!!!! d(^.^)b Groove on, peoplez! Just make sure ya'll be leavin' one o' them copies for me, ya hear?
