Even if they were 3d in our world, most anime girls have open oval eyes not open almond shaped like regular people. Also just because they're 3d doesn't mean they have to have human like features, it just means they have depth added to their dimensions. They can still look the way they do, just with depth added in.

We would all be invincible and impervious to most damage, have a hooog amount of blood because we would bleed gallons, have incredibly hawt women, have multiple men/women fall in love with us even though we're normal/super awesome/otakus/lame people.
We would also be strong enough to punch through walls, punch people through walls, and do many other super human feats of strength, but when the time counted, we would also be incredibly weak, or super super human. Your enemies would always wait courteously while you performed some sort of ritual be it transformation or powerup or other.
We would also not have the laws of physics, go to school and study ridiculously but be either still average or really smart, and if you don't study, you're either a genius or super dumb.
