now the term pedophile has a strict definition but loilcon and thus loli is a lot more vague. so the question now is, where do you draw the line between loli and not loli. post chapter links if words are insufficient in explaining your views

I'm don't have an active subscription at the moment, but from time to time there were some petite chapters that were definitely loli in my book. Also I wouldn't take Fakku tag system as gospel when it comes to controversial tags, because I'm not sure faithful cataloguing is the only factor at play. What about lolibaba? Old loli, 2000 years old dragons! Are they loli? The character personality is adult so if the body type is ambiguous it's borderline loli or not loli. If the body type is loli than is loli to me.

i concure for the most part but since i like them on the borderline there its usually hard for me to find ones that hit just the right spot

Petite only refers to a body type. For me, loli refers to characters that both look and act young, but sometimes it can be a bit difficult to define.

Loli applies to anything with the appearance of an underage girl. That includes your 3000 year old dragon that looks like they are 5.

underage being anyone u18? i dont think most consider JKs to be lolis and ........JS? to def be loli but what about JC? (do i have those backwards?)

By underage I mean they typically look pre-pubescent having small if any breasts (although even that isn't always the case) and a child-like face/appearance including being the height of someone >16 years old (more often than not) Nowi from FE Awakening is a classic example as a loli

The behavior of the character in most cases. Nowi is thousands of years old but she is still considered a loli and not just a petite character. Height, behavior, and appearance are what make a loli as well as how that character is defined in-universe. A petite woman would be taller than a loli with more adult features than a loli. Another example of a loli would be that dragon from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.
