Myself i haven't had any paranormal experience at least not what i can remember.

My first experience is when i was touring a large underground tunneling network used by the Nazi's is WWII.

I was only in the tunnel, when a heard a scream of agony far away into the tunnel.

I was the only one in that section of the tunnel, and I even searched for speakers and wires where i thought i heard the scream

unn.. i'm not sure. but every now and then i still see shadows and i rarely have times where i feel uncomfortable.(like when i mentioned above of how my neck was feeling vulnerable like it was going to be choked) physical conditions? hmm.. i don't think so. heavy feelings, i'm not totally clear on because they're pretty normal to me. then bad luck, well i wouldn't know what you'd call "bad" considering that even bad things are good to me. XD

7 years old, my grandfather died. And most likely this may be some sort of shadow reflection but my room is directly across the kitchen and so I have a view of vaguely whats in there. And that night, I couldn't sleep it was a winter night and so no one turned on the AC. And so the door was open and I stared into the kitchen and there it was, my Grandfather's back facing me staring at the kitchen, I walked into the kitchen but saw nothing but when I went back in my room I can see it. Must be not enough sleep but yea.

This happened the past summer, I was going into the kitchen to get a drink, it was about 2:00am-3:00am, and as I'm walking back to my room with my drink in my hand I see this whitish-blue figure in the fedele (or w/e) position, at first I thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me, but I got closer to it, and once I tried to reach out and touch it, it vanished...then I got the chills and it got very cold around me, I ran back into my room screaming of course waking everyone up, and this isn't the only time something like this has happened, I've heard voices, seen a demon (I'm pretty sure)
I've relieved Poltergeists, doors slamming in my face, lamps shaking, my desk shaking, my dog went nuts, I was laying on my bed playing my DS, and my lamp starts to shake, she flipped out on it...
Ever since then I've kept a journal of paranormal events...

Speaking of encounters. Another one just happened to me right now! >:3

I was putting my laundry in the washer and I was so sure that I saw a girl pass by the laundry room door and head towards the bathroom. I thought it was one of my niece's friends, so I didn't mind. But a second later(like literally a second or two) when I looked out and in the bathroom she wasn't there. Kinda weird.

Uh... Swamp gas? lol.

I was camping in the woods with a cpl of buddies and were hangin out and what not we had dinner then everyone crashed i stayed up cause i wasnt tired so i was sittin next to the fire and i kept seeing some shape moving around the camp ground and where we were campin these was only coyotes and birds and deer well i ignored it for a while thinkin it was a voyote but it got pissed and threw a rock. ya it got really quiet no insects or wind or nothin just fuckin silence...i almost shit myself when i saw it it was a very large black dog...magny fur yellowish eyes omg i fuckin flipped i went to go tell my friend but when i looked back it was gone i didnt say nothing out of sounding like a wuss...and i;ve lived with it my entire life. something i could never forget.

Maybe that's just a dog taking sum drugs. or some light is reflecting its eyes.

EDIT: oh and swamp gas.

when I was young (around 5 years old) I used to see ghosts in our backyard every afternoon.

Wow. Were they just normal ones or ones that were... um... willing to hurt people, I would say.

When i was 14 years old, we traveled to my aunts place by road. i was sitting next to my dad in the front seat and it was raining. when we passed by the bridge, i saw a kid with his grandmother crossing the road. Then i screamed out STOP.
i think i was the only one who saw it since my dad asked me if i was feeling ok or something.i really felt a chill run down my spine that time

When i was 15 I went to our old house where my aunt and uncle are now staying in, I played with my three year old cousin on the second floor of the house then after playing with him we both sat down on the sofa near the window overlooking the veranda to rest. He all of a sudden pointed beside me saying its grandma but the only grandparents I know that were living in this house at this moment were my cousins and I sure as hell didn't see anything beside me.

Also my most recent experience was when me and my family visited a sanctuarium where my grandmother body was brought after her death.This was kinda touching in a way because when we were about to leave there was a pack of sugar on the windshield of the car....
