not gonna lie, i grew up on DBZ (literally from 2nd grade until cancellation, so glad its coming back around, although could do without the crappy modern filtering), second would be naruto (middle/highschool) and now bleach is working its way up, in that order. one piece was a good saturday morning show, but after about 20 or so episodes i got kinda lost.
also worth mentioning were the not so shonen Gundam, Case Closed (from about 4-47) and of course the hilarious albeit confusing series of FLCL.

FMA, Fairy Tail, DBZ, Naruto & Bleach - fillers are all good in their own regards I voted FMA when an anime makes you want to pay attention in science class it must have something going for it. Alas as a Type-Moon fan I still must say FSN, Tsukihime, Kara no Kyokai and all their various sub stories and spinoffs and yes I left CANAAN out on purpose, and I am also aware they aren't strictly shounen

I'm gonna have to say that Darker than Black, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, and Witchblade are my personal faves.

I'll have to say Fairy Tail actually. To me, the imagination of Hiro Mashima is very creative and goes beyond what I'd expect (yes, I do realize that he probably has some type of team to help him in the long run).
I only wish that I actually had FUNIMATION to watch it on T.V....ah well...going to have to spend a couple $30-$40 for each Blu-ray set.
