What would you do if you lose genital

Basically some accident that leave everything else is intact, but ur genital completely disintegrated, as in your penis/vagina is completely gone. It is beyond repair with any modern medical means, and you have no sensation from where your vagina/penis used to be.

I would probably find a way to piss, preferably around corners, and then continue on with my life being a eunuch. Crying will fill up my schedule in spots where I'm not developing a silicone tube to piss through.
