What would you do if you were me?

I'm not trying to make a shameless plug, I honestly want to know. Let me give you guys a little back story: I was bored one night and decided to make a blog about my lemons for no particular reason at all; it gets views every once in a while, but I've only received one comment and that was from a friend who was pretty much obligated to, I guess (being my friend and all.)
I wanna know what you guys think I could do to make it a little more likable - Remember, I can't do a huge full-site edit, as they'd charge me if I wanted to fuck with the coding, so the black is pretty much stuck. It isn't just for my stories, sometimes I post a bit of stuff about myself in it as well, which shouldn't be that big of a problem. Basically, the question is: If you were me, what would you do? Would you scrap the thing entirely? Just keep it for your own amusement? Or would you try to get the word out? I don't want to be a huge attention whore about it (or shove it in peoples' faces,) which is why I'm asking here before I do anything big. I've considered scrapping it quite a few times.
Although this is the Random section, I'd appreciate intelligent responses, not "I'd kill myself if I were you because my writing sucks ass." That was only funny the first 5 times. Also, be honest - I'm not fishing for praise.

Well, as long as you enjoy writing them I think you should just continue to get the word out. The layout looks okay, as long as the colors don't hurt your eye when you visit I think it's okay. Maybe write some about more well known characters.

I used to worry about trolls and whatnot, but I don't think any of them would bother wasting their time - They're just stupid little stories. If I start shoving it down the Internet's throat, then I'd worry, but I don't really care THAT much about the blog. It's just a site.

I'll definitely visit now that I know about it.
It's difficult. Really the only thing you can do is spread it by word of mouth, but unfortunately a lot of sites absolutely hate when someone advertises on their site, but to me if it isn't a site in the same category there is no reason to complain, but usually sites still bitch about it.
Best thing I can think of it find out who has interest in your lemons, talk to them about it, and see if they want to visit your site and tell their friends about it who also share similar interests.

I want to avoid advertising as much as possible - I only brought it up here because I've received positive commentary before. If what I do is good, I won't need to advertise - People will come to it anyway. Advertising would just make me a giant douche and I already know some people see me as that anyway. XD I don't wanna make it any worse.

The most basic and simple thing to do is to post your fanfiction directly on your blog. Redirection is annoying.
Then you can add theme related hentai pictures in your text (softcore would be better I suppose for what you want to do), easy eye catching.
The obvious way to go to get more comments is to find other guys/gals in fanfiction and advertise to them. I talk about a real fan fiction forum and not a tiny section in a general forum. You can be sure people will read your writings and comment if you read and comments theirs in return. Specifically if you're in the same parody so you can compare your way to treat the characters.
