Possibly to be able to absorb information just by touching things.
Like, touch my orgo textbook, and BAM! I suddenly know every word typed on those pages, every mechanism that now eats up insane amounts of time to learn.

And if I touch a laptop, then I'd know everything ever posted online. Whoa.

(well, that might suck a little... there are some things I'd rather not know-- but the good outweighs the bad, imo)
