My desk also has a lot shelves above it, now, they are connected to the desk, and actually, a part of it, but to write all the junk on them would take a few pages. I'll just mention the "top shelf of unknown matter"(i should clean my room more...).

Laptop on top of a broken cooling pad, a glass with only a bit of tea left, 2 sticks of deodorant (one gone, one new,) a basket full of loose change, a small notebook, a container with stale cookies, the instruction book for the Ape Escape PSP game, and my MyBook plugged into the surge protector. On the rack built in are various CDs and a box of floppy discs.

On the shelf above (but still part of the desk) : Stitch plush, Sonic bank, Mario Plush, PSP case, DS, Giratina Origin Forme figure, glasses case.

On the desk: A pair of pants, a speaker, a hookah, some cd's and lots of scrap paper. My monitor is on my bedtable, my mouse and keyboard's in my bed =D
