Manga is a japanese comic.
Doujin means "fan club", but in this case it specifically means a fan-made manga.
Another meaning of dojin is "Self". Dounjinshi is "self-published" (since most of these comics are either published by the artists themselves or by a small company that they are closely affiliated to).

Couldn't have said it better myself. However more generally "manga" refers to original works created by the artist, and "doujinshi" refers to parody works based on existing manga or anime.
Eventually everything on FAKKU will be divided into these two categories. I just haven't started working on it because it will take a lot of time to sort through everything already online.

yeah that is going to be alot of work. but it will be so cool when they are all organized. dojins usually are so much better i like seeing current anime
