What's the worst way/time or place to die?

That's true. Being surrounded by people isn't going to stop your death. If anything, it's going to make the people around you sadder.

It can alleviate your suffering in the last moments, though.

Either that or being fed into a wood chipper. You feel the muscles tearing, bones breaking, organs grinded, and skin ripped. Extremely painful way to die, and you watch yourself go into the woodchipper from the feet up to your head.

You could die while having great sex (orgasm or not), or you could die while not having great sex.

Still, death by orgasm would be one hell of a way to go.
