Google and youtube are all I ever need. First is youtube and then if I like the song I go to google to find it. You'd be surprised what you can find when you use a search engine <_<

Gendou is an incredibly good resource, it's much faster and more reliable than Google for anime songs specifically.

TBH i cant stand the 128 bitrate mp3s you find by googleing it. I usually find the name of the album or OST the song is from and torrent the album for loseless quality or at least 320 bitrate mp3.
