still planning on playing it but probably after feb 12.... since after that i will have 45days of vacation from work... so i will have more than enough time to enjoy the game...

My favorites so far are Lilly and Hanako, but I have only played the demo version. So it may change after playing the full version.

Hanako. Her route was the most deep for me. I guess I liked Emi's route aswell. Hell, I liked how the game had a deep and unique story as a whole. The issues it dealt with are, after all, quite distant to me.

Truthfully, I did not care for Rin much, but after I finished all the routes, I realized that Rin is the sweetest, loneliest, purest female character I've ever encountered. I will re-play Katawa Shoujo to see Rin again.
Emi is second, I followed her good ending route the first time I played KS. Then comes Lilly and Hanako. Overall, KS is AWESOME, amazing story lines! I don't think anything else could ever top it... at least in a few years.

Rin all the way, baby. She's the most complex character I've seen in a long time that's actually done right. She's also got one hell of a story to the romance and, to be honest, her romance was really refreshing in a lot of aspects.
I kind of wish someone would make a live action independent film starring Rin and Hisao. Rin could be played by an actual armless girl, too.
Or you could get CG in there for the lack of arms, I guess. Might as well also get James Cameron, paint her blue, and fuck it all up while making millions of dollars.
